Test Automation Specialist

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
• Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience as Automation Tester. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience in testing Web and Mobile Applications. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience in using Selenium. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience in developing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, and reporting defects. (Non-negotiable)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. (Non-negotiable)
• Must be knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) specifically Agile Methodology. (Non-negotiable)

• Must be knowledgeable in Defect Life Cycle. (Non-negotiable)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, can work with less supervision, embrace challenges, sets high standards, focuses on successful outcomes and promotes teamwork.
• Fast learner that can come up with several solutions to solve a problem and will analyze to quickly to determine the best course of action.
