Job Description
System Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and health to identify potential issues before they affect operations.
Account Management: Set up new user accounts and manage active directory administration to ensure proper access controls.

Training Development: Create training materials and conduct sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices.
