E-Commerce Specialist

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related fields.
- Proven work experience (typically 2+ years) in an eCommerce role or a related digital marketing/online retail position.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with product listing and optimizing for various online marketplaces (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
- Experience in managing SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong command of eCommerce tools and platforms for order management, product uploads, and inventory tracking.
- Expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing eCommerce strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Knowledge of online consumer behavior and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to create product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of customer service and online support processes, including managing customer feedback and queries on digital platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and quickly learn new tools.
