Store Supervisor

Job Description:
The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager and assist in supervising the daily activities of store personnel, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including training, scheduling, and
performance evaluation.
• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure a positive work
environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor their completion to ensure operational efficiency.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or resolving inquiries and
concerns.
• Ensure that all staff members deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining a friendly and
helpful attitude at all times.
• Handle escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise shipments.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work with the Store Manager to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts and
overstock situations.
• Monitor sales floor activity to identify opportunities to drive sales and improve customer
engagement.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising displays.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling techniques among staff to maximize sales revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and
customers.
