Job Description
Provide support to the department in achieving store operation's objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with support departments all store operation's related concerns in a timely manner to ensure accurate delivery of request.
- Actively monitor the inventory level of shopping bags to ensure favourable supply at all times.
- Proper allocation of non-merchandise items in the stores in a timely manner to support sales generation.
- Monitor office supplies of the department in a timely manner to ensure expenses are within the approved budget.
- Create an effective filing system of all sales related documents at all times to ensure an organized and systematic work process.
- On-time preparation and submission of the reports.
Job Specifications:
College Graduate of any 4 year course.
Good oral communication and writing skills.
Resourceful and creative
