Job Description

The Billing Staff's duties include processing payments on behalf of a customer, maintaining organized financial records to aid reporting and calculating bill totals by looking through previous financial statements.

He/she also notifies clients of upcoming or missed payment deadlines; receive, sort, and track incoming payments, and issue receipts for payments received.
