As a Telco Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with telecommunications services. Your responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and providing information on products and services. You'll also handle billing inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
