Job Description
Experience in Project / Construction Management
Responsible and can achieve objectives of Time, Quality, and Cost.
Coordinate with the Consultants / Designers and Contractors.
Evaluate proposals and quotations.
Prepares correspondence and monitors any adjustment/modification in design during the construction stage.
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS in Architecture (Board Passer/ Professional License Exam is a plus).
With a minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience in Architectural Works for residential condominiums, hotels, and resorts.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD.
Applicant must be willing to be assigned in the province or any part of Luzon / NCR.
Can start immediately.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Salary to be negotiated, depending on the qualification of the successful candidates.
