Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting Department in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have a background in BS Accountancy and experience in bookkeeping and financial record management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You will assist with data entry, processing transactions, maintaining ledgers, and managing financial records both digitally and physically.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Department with daily accounting tasks.
- Perform data entry for financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records.
- Handle bookkeeping, filing, and answering phone inquiries.
- Process checks and payments, and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical financial documents and records.

Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS Accountancy.
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Proficient in bookkeeping software and strong typing skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Quezon City
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday work
Salary: Php 16,000.00 - Php 20,000.00 (Negotiable)
