Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Create social media plans: Develop strategies that match our clients' brand voices and goals.
Make engaging content: Create posts, videos, and stories for different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Grow online communities: Build and manage groups of followers who love our clients' brands.
Handle online conversations: Respond to comments, questions, and concerns from community members in a friendly and professional way.
Organize online events: Plan and run virtual meet-ups, Q&A sessions, and other activities to keep the community engaged.
Work with other teams: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to create consistent campaigns.
Analyze social media results: Look at data from our social media activities to find ways to improve engagement and grow the community.
Manage paid social media: Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns to attract more followers and increase engagement.
Stay up-to-date: Keep learning about new features on social media platforms and best practices for managing online communities.
Create community rules: Develop guidelines for how people should behave in the online community and plan how to handle any problems that come up.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and community building
- Strong understanding of how social media and online communities can drive business efficiency
- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply
- Data analysis skills, with experience in translating social metrics into business insights
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with project management methodologies
