Job Description
Training and Quality Specialist
Salary: 45,000 + Complete benefits
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Set up: Work will be on a hybrid setup, minimum of 10 days per month or as business requires.
Location: BGC Taguig City
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent preferred.
2+ years Service Desk/Support Center experience with focus on team dynamics/building.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
1-2 years of Call Center experience, required.
1-2 years in a leadership role, preferred.
Two or more years of retail experience, preferred.
1-2 years experience with Call monitoring system, CISCO Finesse, Calabrio and ServiceNow ITSM, preferred.
