QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Experience handling intuit support within the last 3 years, 12 months tenure and above
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
At least 2nd year completed and up
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused and team-oriented
