Job Description
We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills to help streamline our operations and keep everything running smoothly. We want to hear from you if you're detail-oriented and ready to take on various tasks!
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience with Shopify a plus ( but not required )
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools collaboration and task management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull reports from Shopify and organize the data in Google Sheets.
- Assist with various tasks and updates within the Shopify platform.
- Provide administrative support to management, including organization documents, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Create and set up meetings, including coordinating calendars, sending invites, and ensuring preparation for all participants.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
