Job Title: Sales Representative - E-Trikes

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our E-Trikes to both existing and potential customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to customer leads through calls and visits to private and government accounts. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Present, promote, and sell E-Trikes to existing and prospective customers.
Engage in proactive outreach to generate leads and establish connections with potential clients, including local government units (LGUs).
Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Identify and assess client needs, providing appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, providing insights and updates on performance.
Engage in continuous professional development to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related course.
Previous experience in sales, particularly dealing with local government units, is preferred.
Demonstrated flexibility, self-drive, and strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Wide understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Possesses self-confidence and effective prospecting skills.
Competency in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Presentable and possesses a pleasing personality.
