Bus Conductor - Cubao Quezon City

Position: Conductor (Bus Transportation)

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our team as Conductors for our bus transportation service. This is an excellent opportunity for High School Graduates who possess a valid Conductor License and are eager to provide exceptional service to our passengers.

Requirements:

High School Graduate or equivalent.
Must have a valid Conductor License.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to be assigned to various provinces, including Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Pampanga.
Openness to undergo training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
As a Conductor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting passengers as they board the bus and assisting them with their tickets or fare payments.
Ensuring all passengers are safely seated and that safety protocols are followed throughout the journey.
Providing information about the route, schedules, and any other relevant details to passengers.
Assisting passengers with their belongings as needed.
Responding to passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Coordinating with the driver and other crew members to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to handle a variety of passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
Basic math skills for handling fare payments and ticketing.
Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
Adaptability and willingness to work in different provinces as required.
Physically fit and able to lift and handle luggage when necessary.
Type of Employment:
This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
