Qualifications:
-- Two or more years of college in Information Technology, Business, or related field, preferred
-- 1-2 years of Call Center experience, required
-- 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferred
-- Two or more years of retail experience, preferred
-- 1-2 years experience with call monitoring systems, CISCO Finesse, Calabrio, and ServiceNow ITSM, preferred
