Job Description

OFFICE MANAGEMENT: Managing day-to-day operations of the office, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
COMMUNICATION: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
DATA ENTRY AND RECORD KEEPING: Inputting data into databases, maintaining accurate records, and organizing files for easy retrieval.
SCHEDULING: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
SUPPORT: Providing administrative support to colleagues and executives, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Assisting clients or customers with inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.
