Job Description
Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.
About You:
At least 3-6 months BPO experience
For no BPO experience, must be a college graduate.
Has excellent listening and comprehension skills.
Possesses very good communication skills in English and Filipino.
Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, and on weekends and holidays.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
