Construction Workers

Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team. As a construction worker, you will assist in repairing, and maintaining structures and other physical facilities. You will work under the supervision of site managers and foremen to perform various physical tasks, operate tools and machinery, and ensure that the worksite is safe and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site preparation.
Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment (e.g., drills, saws, hammers, etc.).
Assist in the building and assembly of structures including walls, floors, roofs, and other framework.
Measure, cut, or shape materials such as wood, steel, and concrete.
Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean worksite.
Help in the installation of windows, doors, drywall, and other components.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and waste disposal.
Report any issues, hazards, or maintenance needs to supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or related field (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and labor-intensive tasks.
Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
