Job Description

The Properties and Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the company’s properties and facilities. This role involves managing building systems, coordinating repairs, supervising facility staff, and ensuring that all properties comply with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Maintenance & Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all properties and facilities.
Ensure proper maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules to avoid costly repairs and ensure optimal facility operations.
Vendor & Contractor Management:

Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure all properties comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure workplace safety.
Budget & Cost Control:

Manage the facilities budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with company financial goals.
Propose and implement cost-effective solutions for property management and maintenance.
Space Management:

Plan and optimize the use of space within the facilities to meet operational requirements.
Oversee office layout, relocations, and adjustments as necessary.
Staff Supervision:

Manage and supervise facility staff, including maintenance and security teams.
Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets operational standards.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
