Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Subcontractor to manage and oversee a team of skilled construction workers on various building projects. The Subcontractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of construction workers on assigned projects:
Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and construction drawings:
Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and building codes:
Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and expertise:
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines:
Liaise with the main contractor or project manager to ensure clear communication and smooth operations:
Order and manage the necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the project:
Address any issues or concerns that arise on the job site, ensuring quick and effective solutions:
Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets the project's standards:
Keep accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project progress:
Ensure that all workers are properly trained in safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment:
