Male or Female
Internally age of 25 to 35.
Preferable SALES experience

No car issued but with Fixed Allowance (transportation, gas toll).

Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: Present and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategies for increasing sales.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure product knowledge and customer loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products, industry developments, and medical advancements.
Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management.
Training and Education: Educate healthcare professionals on the correct usage and benefits of products through presentations and discussions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
