Job Description
- knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving facility related issues, building codes, safety codes, and environmental requirements.
- amenable to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila

Responsibilities:
- leads all the maintenance staff, develops and carry out maintenance procedures throughout the facilities.
- with experience in emergency renovation, carpentry services, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- prepares work schedules; requisitions materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete job tasks.
