Job Description
• College Graduate, SHS Graduate, completed 2 years in college (4 semesters with no back subjects for HS OLD curriculum graduates)
• With 12 months of BPO experience
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City
• Can start ASAP!!
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Has strong communication and organization skills
