Job Description

Supervising and managing a team of Telephone Operators to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
Provide excellent customer service to players and respond to their inquiries and concerns
Answering and directing incoming calls, responding to player inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Providing information on games, promotions, and events to players.
Assisting players with account-related issues, such as password reset, deposit, and withdrawal.
Escalating complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
Maintaining accurate records of player interactions, including call logs and issue resolution.
Collaborating with other departments, such as Customer Support and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive player experience.
Staying up-to-date with game knowledge, promotions, and events to provide informed support to players.
To perform duties as assigned.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
