Job Description
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
Provide excellent customer service to players and respond to their inquiries and concerns
Answering and directing incoming calls, responding to player inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Providing information on games, promotions, and events to players.
Assisting players with account-related issues, such as password reset, deposit, and withdrawal.
Escalating complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
Maintaining accurate records of player interactions, including call logs and issue resolution.
Collaborating with other departments, such as Customer Support and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive player experience.
Staying up-to-date with game knowledge, promotions, and events to provide informed support to players.
To perform duties as assigned.
- Salary:
- 30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
