Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!

- Retail Account
- 18,000 salary
- Onsite

Job Description:
- Take inbound calls from customers and help them with questions and complaints
- Assist customers with purchases and returns
- Provide customers with status of their orders and escalate any issues encountered
- Log call details and update customer information in the system
- Observe company policy at all times

Qualifications:
- At least HS/SHS graduate
- No work experience required
