Job Description

Sales Virtual Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Virtual Assistant to lead and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing high-performance teams. As the Sales Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Contact potential customers via phone or email to generate leads.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct regular sales training and performance evaluations.
- Report on sales activity and provide forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to both potential and existing customers.
- Perform other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 2 years experience as a Sales Virtual Assistant or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in cold calling and successfully closing sales deals.
- Strong experience in conducting impactful sales presentations.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Reliable and fast internet connection with a suitable computer and headset for virtual work.
- CPU / Processor Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
- Windows 10 or MAC is acceptable
- At least 8GB of RAM with 50GB free hard disk space available
- 10 MBPS and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
- Headset with noise-canceling microphone & a high-definition webcam
