Job Description
-Answer inbound calls from customers seeking assistance
-Provide accurate and timely information about product features, specifications, troubleshooting tips, and warranty details.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions over the phone, escalating complex issues to technical support when necessary.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues within established service level agreements.
Qualifications:
-At least 6mos CSR/TSR international voice experience
-HS Graduate
-Good to Excellent Communication Skills
