Virtual Assistant

Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for:
Virtual Assistant (onsite assignment, graveyard shift)

Responsibilities:
* Posting YouTube videos and navigating the YouTube dashboard
* Posting podcasts to Libsyn
* Update blog posts and navigate basic WordPress functions
* Gathering photos from social media or the web
* Be able to enhance photos for clarity and optimization, then place in a YT Thumbnail template (which you’ll be given)
* Assist in mid-level marketing tasks as required
* Download and retrieve files from Dropbox

Qualifications:
* At least 2 years VA experience
* Familiarity with the YouTube dashboard including posting videos
* Experience with posting podcasts to Libsyn
* Proficient with WordPress functions, Adobe Photoshop or Pixelmator Pro (preferred), Dropbox & Google Docs
* Mid-level marketing background
* Being a music enthusiast is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
* Strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency and quality
* Willingness to offer suggestions when you see room for improvement
