Job Description
Customer Service Rep – Health- Level 1
work set up: WFH/ 12months contract
Salary: 35,000 (monthly)
Monday- Friday
8 to 4 PM EST
One hour lunch break 12-1
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Basic Computer Skills- such as:
o GMail
o MS Outlook
o MS Word
o MS Excel
o Adobe Acrobat
• Willingness to develop phone skills
o Make Calls as needed
o Be available to receive calls

You will be trained on proprietary software
o Conrep
o Z Drive
o Docusign
o VG Phone service
o All Carrier Websites
o Spark Instant Messenger
Your duties will be (but not limited to)
• assisting Sales managers & Health clients with specific health insurance related tasks, as well as cover for out of office CSRs
• Prepare and edit census documents
• Correspond with Insurance contacts to obtain information and clarification of items
• Read and understand Summaries of Benefits, answer general claim inquiries
• Interact with clients to gather documentation needed to perform health insurance transactions
• Review invoices and update clients on billing issues
• Process enrollments/terminations/QENs/Cobra items on client portal
• Update client files, Conrep & Z drive, as well as CSR documents (insurance contact sheet, etc.)
• Send professional emails timely
