PAY: Php3,000.00-Php 50,000



All Directions Travel and Tour Inc., is looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a commission-based role with flexible hours, ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven sales track record. Job Responsibilities:

Target high- potential customers.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
Present, promote and sell various services to existing and prospective customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote products and services.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.


Compensation:

Performance bonus up to 10k
Meal allowance up to 7k
Client representation allowance up to 12k
Commission up to 20%
Annual check up to 15K
Dental up to 2,400.00
Load Allowance 350.00
Client satisfaction Bonus up to 5k
Referral Incentives up to 2.5% of the total sales of sub- agent.
Training Allowance up to 4k (one time bonus)
Time Management Allowance up to 2K Active Communication Allowance up to 3k
Insurance Coverage Attendance bonus
