Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of Vocational or Bachelor's Degree Course
- TESDA National Certificate is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food and Beverage industry
- Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in repairs and maintenance
- Knowledgeable and skilled in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works
- Knowledgeable and skilled in masonry and carpentry works
- Knowledgeable in maintenance and repair of exhaust/fresh air blowers, air conditioning
units, refrigeration units, and other kitchen equipment
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
- Ability to check and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, or parts catalog
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance works
- Experience with precision measuring instruments is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Troubleshoot and repair exhaust/fresh air blowers, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment, and other devices
- Prepares Preventive Maintenance Reports
- Conducts routine maintenance checks of all stores
- Ensures that all the equipment in the store are in good running condition
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
