Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join our client in Makati, Philippines. As a Back-End Developer, you will develop consumer and enterprise web applications with a focus on delivering seamless user experiences. You will also maintain existing web applications and collaborate with teams across various countries to efficiently deliver solutions. If you are passionate about PHP development and have a strong background in the Laravel framework, this role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop consumer and enterprise web applications with a focus on delivering seamless user experiences.
* Maintain and enhance existing web applications within the company’s portfolio.
* Work independently or collaboratively with teams across different countries to deliver solutions based on business requirements.
* Provide accurate and timely estimations for development tasks.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience working as a PHP Developer with proficiency in the Laravel framework.
* Strong experience with UNIX-based and LAMP stack operating systems.
* Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
* Deep understanding of database architecture and experience with MySQL, Memcached, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
* Proven ability to manage, develop, and work with API-driven applications.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new technical stacks and evolving industry trends.
* Self-taught, open-minded candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
