Job Description

The HR and Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions and developing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

SALARY RANGE: this would depend on the skill & experience of the candidate, could we leave this open for now until we narrow down on a candidate.

WORK LOCATIONS: Norde building, 104 Kalayaan Avenue, Central, Quezon City

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Thurs 8-6pm, Fridays 8-5pm, every other Saturday 8-5pm
