Job Description

A Marketing Specialist keeps their eyes on marketing trends and works with companies to create online and offline advertising campaigns for branding or product launches, pricing strategies based on demographic data and targeting specific customer demographics.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, communication APP, SMS, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
2. Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
3. Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
4. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
5. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs for
both online and offline
6. Creating content, including text posts, video and images for our websites, other marketing platforms, external agencies websites and offline venues
7. Undertaking competitor research and analyses
8. Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)
9. Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts
10. Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
11. Performing other duties when needed

II - Job Qualification

1. Min school Diploma, or bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or
equivalent
2. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English
3. Experience using analytics software
4. Up to date with the latest digital technologies, offline media and social media
trends with a command of each network and their best practices
5. Creative thinker
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and CMS software
7. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
8. Highly organized and detail oriented
9. Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
