Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Must have knowledge and experience in using Quickbooks
• Must have knowledge and experience in general accounting
• Must have 2+ years of work experience in Accounting
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Must be amenable to work onsite and in Makati City
What are your responsibilities?
• Taking part in the initial digitization efforts to reconstruct client records onto software.
• Daily entries of required transactions for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchase orders.
• Weekly monitoring of client’s cash position.
• Check preparation and monitoring disbursement.
• Payroll computation and generation of government mandated contributions.
• Monthly physical inventory count, as needed.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Monthly preparation of tax submissions such as, but not limited to, 1601C, 0619E, 2550M and their quarterly counterparts 2550Q, 1702Q, 1601EQ.
• Assist in ad hoc accounting and admin projects for the specific client/s you are assigned to which can include, but are not limited to: budget preparation, costing, inventory, external audit, etc.
