Job Description

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience.
• With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule.
• Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant’s id and application form
• File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its’ objective and deadlines are met.
• Support would mean logging, encoding, maintaining records, reproduction and filing functions to assist the internal/external customers of the department.
Salary:
15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
