Corporate Legal Counsel

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer in Rizal. The Corporate Lawyer will handle legal matters related to land and properties, provide strategic legal advice, draft legal documents, and represent the organization in negotiations and court proceedings.

Qualifications:
At least 6 years of working experience with expertise in Property, Real Estate, or Commercial Law.
Has experience in land registration cases, transfer of rights or titles, ejectment cases, mediation Environmental Compliance Auditing, arbitration, and other property issues.
Ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and contract negotiation.
Adept in evaluating and processing data about real property such as technical research, interpretation of survey plans, and tracing titles or rights.
Knowledgeable in permit and license applications with government agencies such as the DENR, BIR, and LGUs.
Experience in project management/supervision and contract execution.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in handling land and property transactions
Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Bar admission in the Philippines
