Job Description

Plan International is seeking to hire the remote services of a Researcher (Consultant) for a 14-21-person days of work to analyze the Taglish pre and post-test surveys and deliver an assessment report in English

The consultant will support the Hope Town Hero (HTH) app. Plan International’s expandable digital learning tool allows learners to access 21st-century skills and knowledge fully offline through their mobile phones.

The role is expected to meet the following:

Analyze the pre and post-test survey data collected from learners who have used the educational app on climate change and green skills.
Assess the effectiveness of the app in improving learners' knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to climate change, green skills, and green jobs.
Identify any significant trends, patterns, or correlations within the data.
Present the results clearly and concisely, using visualizations where appropriate.
Provide clear and actionable recommendations based on the findings and the learners’ own responses to enhance the app's efficacy and user experience.

Qualifications needed:

Excellent skills and proven experience in data analysis, statistical software, and report writing
Excellent written English and Taglish communication skills
Familiarity with digital learning methodologies (knowledge on gamified and game-based apps is an advantage)
A solid understanding of climate change, environmental science, sustainability, green skills, and green jobs is an advantage
