• Employee Engagement Lead/Supervisor
• Employee Engagement Specialist
• Senior Employee Engagement Specialist
• Senior Employee Relations Specialist
• Employee Relations Specialist

The Senior/Employee Relations Specialist perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Communicate to employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
• Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
• Explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.

Must have:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes
• Experience with Employee and Labor Relations for 1-3 years
• Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Nice to have:

• Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
• Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
• Experience and exposure in conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations
• Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
