Job Description

• Quality Assurance Team Lead/Supervisor
• Quality Assurance Specialist
• Assistant Training Manager
• Communications Trainer
• Process Trainer
• Transitions Assistant Manager
• Performance Excellence Lead/PEX Assistant Manager
Qualifications:
• Should have at least 3 years’ experience as Project Transitions Management / People operations on a BPO set up
• Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to key stakeholders
• Experience in business and data analysis is an advantage
• Proven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across different cultures, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objective
• Ability to network, collaborate and lead work with involvement from Operations management and customer leadership teams of various functions
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
