Job Description

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or equivalent
- With experience in training and coaching hotel/resort staffs
- Minimum 5-year’s experience in the Hospitality industry
- Computer Literate
- Good organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills

Personal Characteristics:
- Customer Service Oriented - displays a positive attitude on the work floor that exhibits professionalism and willingness to respond to guest’s needs
- Task and Time Management - knows how to prioritize tasks/jobs assigned
- Attention to details
- Well-organized
- Can work under minimum supervision and under pressure
