Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have at least 5 years of Overall work experience
• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in Leadership
• Must be knowledgeable in technical training in automotive industry
• Must have an excellent communication skill
• Must have soft skills training in addition to technical training in the field of vehicles
• Must be willing to report onsite in Parañaque
