EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
• College Graduate in Any Course
 With LCM, COST, BOSH Certificate
Work Experience : Min 5 yrs.
Work Schedule : Monday – Saturday : 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Salary Range(Monthly) :Php 20,000 – Php 25,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Fully responsible to ensure that all personnel having a safe & healthful workplaces
 Establish and revise HSE Plan and Procedures based in OSHA, ILO and code of practice
 Responsible for ensuring that all workers are properly trained regarding company- specific and
Occupational Safety and Health Act.
 Involved in conducting safety orientations/training, daily "toolbox" & safety meetings
 Take a leadership role in making safety part of every job or work activity & manage safety by
identifying hazards, implementing hazard prevention and control programs.
 Ensure to adhered all the local OSH standard regulations and local legislations
 Providing Daily Observation Report concerning unsafe practices on the job site and providing
control measures for immediate rectifications of identified hazards & risks
 Conduct regular inspections to all machinery, electrical equipment, power tools and heavy
equipment prior to utilize at the job site.
 Responsible for ensuring that all safety equipment properly maintained, tasks may include
periodic facility fire inspection, getting fire extinguishers charged regularly
 Involved for the preparation of Safety and Health Hazard Identification Risk Assessment &
Control (HIRAC) using the 5 hierarchy of controls
