Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description
• Must be a graduate of Operations Management, Office Administration, and other similar courses
• Must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Must be willing to be assigned in different HR facets
• Must be knowledgeable in Employee relations
• Overall purpose: Prepare and update the employees' files in the system.
Provide feedback, and reports and create analysis on how to increase the performance engagement of the teams.
Other administrative tasks may be assigned from time to time
• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City
