Job Description

SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE (Please include the Asking Salary on CV/Resume)
WORK LOCATIONS: LAGUNA
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY

QUALIFICATION
1. With at least experience in Medical Field such as Nursing or EMT
2. With experience in First Aid process
3. Candidate must be willing to Travel (All expense paid by the company)
4. Graduate of BS Nursing or any course
5. Willing to undergo training, Seminar for 2 -3 months
6. Salary is Negotiable, Depending on Skills, Experience and training
7. Candidate must have a HIGH CONFIDENCE in speaking in Public or Crowd area (Seminar Type)

Contract Details:
- A bond of minimum 3 years with Training & Management Consultancy Services as
soon as the NTTC Certification is released.

Program Expectations
- Facilitate classes in alignment with curriculum map and course outline.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
- Show proficiency with first aid equipment and tools.
- Apply knowledge of learning theories to teaching practice.
- Understand and implement various assessment methods to gauge student progress.
- To Gain TESDA NTTC License in a span of 1 year.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Must hold a college degree, preferably in a medical or any related field.
- Must have completed formal training in first aid.
- Flexible in adapting to various teaching scenarios and environments.
- Possess prior experience in first aid training and class facilitation.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to engage learners effectively.

1. EMS and First Aid Demonstration 30%
2. Class demonstration 20%

4. Attendance to all courses 5%
5. Decorum and Presentation / Final Panel Review 20%

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a trainer you will focus on the following primary areas:
a. Development of training modules for first aid and emergency medical services,
evaluation and assessment tools for students
b. Actual handling and facilitating classroom theoretical discussions with demonstrations.
c. Assess training needs arising from the actual class discussions
d. Monitor student progress
