Job Description

Job Overview:
As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all staffing requirements are met effectively and efficiently. You will oversee recruitment strategies, programs, and procedures to source qualified candidates, aligning with customer needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Recruitment Team to meet crew requirements in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with standards.
Provide guidance and support to Recruitment Officers to ensure adherence to recruitment policies and processes.
Implement systems and work processes in line with organizational compliance requirements.
Ensure staff are well-trained and empowered, conducting regular performance reviews, project assignments, and task delegation.
Conduct technical interviews and final screenings, proposing qualified candidates to clients.
Ensure all endorsed applicants meet or exceed set qualifications.
Monitor recruitment performance and propose improvements based on stakeholder feedback and market analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Represent the Recruitment team in audits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings.
Handle additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Required Competencies:

Proven experience in recruitment, with strong leadership abilities.
Industry-specific recruitment experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Office Productivity tools and report generation.
Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Ability to analyze and present recruitment data and trends.
Salary:
110.000,00 ₱ Monthly
