Job Description
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Increase production, Assets Capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 -3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. At least 2 years experienced as Production Supervisor/ Plant Supervisor.
Experienced in Roofing, Tubular Manufacturing Processing Set-up is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in Mexico, Pampanga.
Willing to start as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
