The ideal candidate for this role should have proven Field Service experience, the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment, English literacy, the ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules, familiarity with mobile tools and applications, and a technical degree or certification1234. Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least a High School or Senior High School graduates
• Must have at least 1 year of experience related to any Customer Service-related field
• Must be willing to work during the holidays and shifting schedule (100% onsite)
• Must be well-conversed in English and Spanish (both oral and written)
• Must be of legal age and is willing to start ASAP
• Must be computer literate
• With/without call center experience but must have good to excellent communication skills
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
