Job Description

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
2+ years of experience
Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to market trends, consumer preferences, and campaign performance.
Use data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau) to extract and manipulate data for reporting.
Market Research:
Conduct primary and secondary research to understand customer demographics, preferences, and competitive landscape.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Campaign Performance Monitoring:
Track and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing).
Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
Reporting & Presentation:
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
Communicate findings and propose actionable recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing teams, product managers, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Support decision-making with data-backed insights that inform budgeting, targeting, and marketing channel selection.
Segmentation & Targeting:
Identify customer segments and target audiences by analyzing behavior, demographic, and psychographic data.
Help develop strategies for personalization, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
Forecasting & Budgeting:
Use historical data to forecast marketing trends and predict campaign outcomes.
Assist in budgeting by determining the most effective marketing channels and resource allocation.
